Well, don't pass out! I know exactly where everything is! Not really lol. After taking these pictures, I started cleaning off things and putting them in their proper places. I can't believe how I've let my desk get the better of me. I will blame work since I work outside of the home.
This is my first post for WOYWW. What's On Your Work-desk Wednesday. I kinda found Stamping Ground by accident one day. I was blog surfing for the web site Color Me Creative and ran across her link on another persons blog and I've since then been trying to keep up with her. She is a very funny and interesting person.
This, sadly is the condition of my actual desk :(. I've actually got an excuse for the shape my desk and craft table are in....well sort of. I'm going to be teaching a Beginner Copic Card Class and a Close To My Heart Layout Class in July and I've been trying to organize and get a teaching plan together and trying to pick the layout I want to use.
So, instead of getting to be creative and create a card or something else crafty, I guess I'll get back to getting my studio in some sort of non-chaotic state :).
Hugs,
Carolyn :)
Glad you decided to join in..I am a hit and miss poster to the wednesdays. Your desk looks very busy. Have fun teaching your class.

I wouldn't know how to function if my desk didn't look like this! lol I've been watching numerous people that are involved with WOYWW, and it has really helped them become more organized. Since I live in such a small space, I really need to start putting things away so I'm not constantly looking for things.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog! I've been pretty sick lately, so I haven't been posting lately. I have really enjoyed looking through your projects. Your Copic work is great! I'm still addicted to my colored pencils, but I like to dabble in other mediums occasionally. Your quilts are gorgeous! The only ones I've ever done were for my dollhouses. I really admire people that still practice this old art. I do use some of the patterns in quilt books in papercrafting occasionally. I just wish my hand-stitching skills were as great as yours!
thanks for the sweet comment you left on my blog! i'm now following yours. :) wow! a quilting blog! quilting is so out of my realm! can't wait to see new stuff!
ReplyDeleteI found your blog on the outlawz!! and am now a follower.. I love the light box! I am now going to make one like that.. I love the magnolia cards!!
